Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order is not quite right, you can request a return under the conditions below.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Refund timeframe
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 to 6 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time before the funds appear in your account.

To receive the correct return address and return instructions, please contact our support team first. Do not send your parcel back before receiving our confirmation.
Eligibility and return cases
Order cancellation
You can request cancellation within 30 minutes after purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. After this time, the order may already be in shipment and may no longer be cancellable.
Damaged item on arrival
If your item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, clear photos of the product, and clear photos of the packaging. We will review the issue and help arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Manufacturing defects
If you notice a material or manufacturing defect, contact us with photos and a description of the issue. After review, we may offer an exchange, replacement, or refund depending on the case.
Change of mind
If you changed your mind, you may return your item within 30 days, provided it is unused, clean, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong size or fit
If your item does not fit as expected, contact us. We will guide you through the available return or exchange options. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange your item for another size, color, or model, please contact us first so we can provide the correct instructions.
Incorrect item
If you received the wrong item, let us know immediately. We will review the case and correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.
Return procedure
- Contact us first with your order number, return reason, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Wait for our approval and return instructions. Do not send your item back before approval.
- Pack the item carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Use a shipping method with tracking.
- Send us the tracking number after shipment.
- Once received, we inspect the item. If approved, your refund is processed within 3 to 6 business days.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return address may be located outside Europe.
Important information
Returned items must be clean, unused, and in original condition. If an item shows signs of wear, odor, stains, damage, missing packaging, or hygiene issues, we may not be able to accept the return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Refused returns may be subject to depreciation fees or may be sent back to the customer.
